By creating an account, placing an order, making a payment or otherwise using AfritubePro, you agree to these Terms.

2. About AfritubePro
AfritubePro provides digital services for creators and online businesses. Depending on availability, our services may include YouTube watch-hours support, subscriber-related services, content production and other creator support. We may also operate a marketplace that displays social media accounts or digital assets offered for sale.
The exact description, price, eligibility requirements and delivery information for an order are the details shown on the relevant service or product page at the time the order is placed.
3. Customer Accounts
- You are responsible for providing accurate registration, contact and order information.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
- You must promptly notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
- We may restrict an account where we reasonably believe it is being used fraudulently, unlawfully or in breach of these Terms.
4. Orders and Payments
Orders are subject to acceptance and successful payment. Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the checkout page. Where regional pricing, taxes, fees or payment-processing charges apply, the amount payable will be displayed before payment is completed.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Flutterwave. We do not require customers to send us their full card details directly. Payment providers may process payment information under their own terms and privacy notices.
5. Service Delivery
Delivery time depends on the service or product purchased. Where a specific delivery estimate is displayed on the relevant order page, that estimate forms part of the order information. Some services may require additional information from the customer before work can begin or continue.
For services that require channel access, a channel link, an email address, a profile link or another delivery detail, the delivery period starts only after the required information has been correctly supplied and any necessary access has been granted.
Where a service page states an estimated period such as approximately seven working days, that period is an estimate and may be affected by weekends, public holidays, customer delays, platform review processes, technical issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
6. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- provide accurate information required to process and deliver your order;
- ensure you have the right and authority to provide any channel, page, account, email or profile information submitted to us;
- follow reasonable delivery instructions provided for the service purchased;
- use AfritubePro only for lawful purposes; and
- comply with applicable third-party platform rules and policies.
7. Third-Party Platforms
AfritubePro is an independent service provider and is not YouTube, Google, Meta, Facebook, TikTok or any other third-party platform unless expressly stated. Third-party platforms control their own systems, policies, monetization decisions, account restrictions, algorithms and eligibility rules.
We do not guarantee that purchasing or using any service will result in platform approval, monetization, a particular ranking, a specific level of engagement, a specific income amount or any other result controlled by a third party.
8. Marketplace Products and Digital Assets
Marketplace listings should be reviewed carefully before purchase. Information supplied for a listing is intended to help customers evaluate the item, but platform conditions, metrics and account features may change over time.
Where delivery of a purchased digital asset requires a Facebook profile link, Gmail address, WhatsApp number, Telegram account, email address or other transfer information, the customer must provide accurate and reachable information so delivery can be completed.
9. Cancellations and Refunds
Refund and cancellation requests are governed by our Refund Policy. Please review that policy before placing an order.
10. Prohibited Use
You must not use AfritubePro to:
- commit fraud, impersonation, theft or any unlawful activity;
- submit payment information that you are not authorized to use;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to another customer’s account or order;
- interfere with the security or normal operation of the website; or
- use our services in a way that violates applicable law or third-party platform rules.
11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the AfritubePro name, website design, written content, branding, graphics and original materials made available on the website belong to AfritubePro or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or commercially exploit our protected materials without permission.
12. Availability and Changes
We may update, suspend or discontinue a service where necessary for security, compliance, technical, commercial or operational reasons. If a change materially affects an order that has already been paid for, we will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with these Terms and our Refund Policy.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, AfritubePro is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, third-party platform decisions, outages, account actions or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes any right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
